The Springs in Magnolia is a wedding venue located in Magnolia, TX, about 45 minutes Northwest of Houston. Featuring two main event spaces, Stonebridge and Pinehaven, this location is ideal for those wishing to host a celebration with elegant rustic flair. You and your loved ones can enjoy your union in a setting that feels equal parts private and welcoming. The Springs in Magnolia occupies beautiful grounds complete with towering trees, manicured lawns, and water features. You can make yourself at home here in one of the exclusive get-ready suites, primed for you to begin preparations for your ceremony. These rooms are outfitted with all the necessary amenities for you to ready yourself for the day’s festivities in total tranquility. Both venues offer their own stunning wooden pavilion where your service can take place. This structure creates a stunning backdrop against which you can exchange your vows. You are welcome to customize it as you please with whatever florals or lighting suit your event. If the weather changes your plan-A, your special ceremony can also take place indoors. Following the ceremony, you and your guests can enjoy a cocktail reception on the lawns and take in the picturesque sites that surround you. Here, you’ll find a multitude of settings ideal for your wedding portraits. Your reception can take place in one of two main banquet halls located here. Stonebridge Hall is a breathtaking structure with a crafted masonry exterior. The windows in the hall allow it to be bathed in natural light, dappled through the Magnolia trees that surround it. Here, you can arrange banquet style seating for your meal and accommodate a dancefloor for after-dinner entertainment. Alternatively, you can choose Pinehaven Hall for your celebrations. This ranch-style structure evokes classic Texan taste, boasting over 9000 square feet of space. Hardwood floors are laid underfoot, crafted from the finest oak. With Pinehaven Hall’s covered porch, you can allow your party to spread into the outdoors following your delicious meal. The Springs in Magnolia offers a comprehensive list of amenities. You will be given up to 15 hours of access to the property, allowing ample time for the setup of your celebration. Staff will be on-hand to assist you with arranging seating for your ceremony and reception, all of which are available from the property. Clean up services are also provided. To further customize your event, you are welcome to use any vendors of your choice or pick your favorites from the management’s catalog of recommended vendors. We can NOT say ENOUGH about this venue 💞Deann was my first contact in checking out the venue and plan from there… I met Ellen and Aubrey through texting and then in person. These three lovely ladies have been my reason for choosing Springs Event Venue Magnolia as the spot for our daughter and her fiancé’s wedding!! From start to finish our communication about the venue and our event has been absolutely beyond my expectations. They were available for all my questions and definitely so grateful they were able to let us come see the site whenever we needed to 🥰 THEY ARE THE BEST!! 💞💞The venue itself was everything we wanted and MORE!! It is SPACIOUS for our BIG Polynesian fambam shenanigans. Its BEAUTY portrays our love of Texas! We have 4 more out of our 7 children to possibly plan weddings for and this spot is definitely TOP OF THE LIST if our kids choose to have their wedding here in Texas 💞We loved the dining/entertainment area, the food serving area, food prepping area, the parking, the ease of accessing the GORGEOUS bridal room and SUPER COOL groom’s room, absolutely awesome grounds that can be a ceremonial area/play area for the kiddos that don’t want to be inside and bored with adult wedding shenanigans LOL. The sign 🪧 leading into the parking area was SUPER CUTE with the couple’s names 💞💞The options for set up and take down of tables and chairs was an absolute BIG PLUS! We appreciated not having to deal with all of that, just came in decorated, got food set up, had the event, got our whatever wr brought in out and loaded up and they venue people’s came in and took tables and chairs down and called it a night 😊 Security officer was SO COOL! Just had a great time with him and our Springs Event Venue Magnolia rep (Sorry, I didn’t catch her name, I was exhausted and happy but brain was mush by the end of the night haha) who made sure everything was great for us ♥️♥️Like I said, we can’t say ENOUGH about the awesomeness of this venue and especially the crew we got to work with that made everything come together so HAPPILY 💞💞

The women who work here are incredible! Me and my husband got married at the pinehaven venue and it was beautiful!! The staff was such a great resource giving tips and recommendations and they were very responsive . It helped so much especially since I didn’t have a wedding planner and was planning it from another state. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the day came out and definitely recommend this location!

The women who work here are incredible! Me and my husband got married at the pinehaven venue and it was beautiful!! The staff was such a great resource giving tips and recommendations and they were very responsive . It helped so much especially since I didn’t have a wedding planner and was planning it from another state. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the day came out and definitely recommend this location!

Honestly it’s a beautiful location however the day of the wedding my coordinator had a really hard time getting in contact with someone on site regarding the Ac/ Heater, and a few on site problems we had. We were practically on our own yet expected to leave everything spotless… the table set up was also incorrect from what we had on our floor plan which was stressful the day of. The morning of set up I was there (I’m a diy bride ) and they had walk ins where random people are able to tour the venue which they had told me that they did however this is really inconvenient on your big day. I wish they were more attentive but I guess that’s just how they do things here, so before booking just know you’re 100% on your own!

We are in love with this venue!! Extremely professional and great communication throughout the entire process. Just a beautiful venue, my wedding was beautiful thanks to them. They had everything set up for me on my wedding day. Their process is very simple and went smoothly. They were flexible with our vendors, had a great list of their own preferred vendors to choose from. I will definitely renew my vows here!! Just such a beautiful venue and location. We chose the stone bridge venue for our wedding. Deann and Aubrey are just wonderful!!

The venue was absolutely gorgeous, especially the outside ceremony area! Communications with the venue were so easy and they were quick to respond especially by text. Would recommend the venue over and over again! Our wedding was last Thursday and it was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful venue and the outdoor area is perfect for pictures. They were extremely communicative throughout our whole planning process and always answered my questions in a timely manner!

We were very pleased throughout our process. Deanne and Aubrey attended our every need, and answered all of questions in a timely matter. We were able to have our rehearsal here at the venue, and our engagement photos! Our guest absolutely loved our venue as well! The Springs in Magnolia, (the Stonebridge venue) was one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen. When we first toured we fell in love! From the moment we inquired about the venue to the day of our wedding, the team were so attentive, responsive and so helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and allowed us to come as many times as we needed to. The day of the wedding they were there asking if we needed anything and making sure we were calm. I am sad my wedding is over for many reasons but one is because I will miss getting to see and use this gorgeous space. If you are in the area I highly recommend touring The Springs in Magnolia!

We had our wedding here at the Stonebridge venue and it was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Everything went off without a hitch and my photos were beyond beautiful. We had our wedding here at the Stonebridge venue and it was more perfect than I could have ever imagined. Everything went off without a hitch and my photos were beyond beautiful. Johnathan and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism of our wedding venue specialist. They provided us with specials that helped with our small wedding budget. The grounds are kept really nicely, some of my photos made people think that I had a destination wedding. It was that beautiful, inside and outside was picturesque.

We had our wedding the The Springs Magnolia and it was beautiful! We had an outdoor ceremony in spite of the heat and the scenery was breathtaking. Lots of space and well kept landscaping made for some gorgeous pictures. We chose the Stonebridge space and had about 100 guests ( I believe it has a capacity of 320). We didn’t have a lot of decoration as the space itself is so nice! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. This was the first place we toured and have no doubt that we made the right choice!

I absolutely loved my wedding at The Springs, and would not change a thing. I received so many complements on the venue in it's entirety and the staff was extremely helpful. I love the DIY aspect as well. My family had multiple weddings this year, and everyone has told me that mine was the BEST :) Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere with easy going and helpful staff, beautiful atmosphere and the ability to make the venue your own.

We fell in love with the Springs as soon as we walked into the venue! We knew right then that we wanted it to be our venue for our special day! Ellen was amazing and so easy to work with from the very beginning and made sure everything was perfect for our day. Even though it rained on us during our ceremony the scenery was still beautiful and wouldn’t change it for anything else. The venue was very clean and kept up with and took pride in having a beautiful place for couples to get married at!

This venue is beautiful! Literally every single one of your guests mentioned to us how beautiful the venue was. The planning of my wedding was so easy with The Springs Magnolia. Any questions I had about measurements or anything like that, they were just a text away. I loved that. It’s also easy how they even offer their own rentals and they offer them at a competitive price. I was able to rent out their LOVE letters at a unbeatable price and they made it easy by setting it for me wherever I wanted. After my wedding I already had two couples who were present at my wedding reach out to me about getting more info on booking with them. All I can say that out of all my vendors they were the top best when it it came with communication and support. Their venue made my wedding dream come true!

This venue is beautiful! Literally every single one of your guests mentioned to us how beautiful the venue was. The planning of my wedding was so easy with The Springs Magnolia. Any questions I had about measurements or anything like that, they were just a text away. I loved that. It’s also easy how they even offer their own rentals and they offer them at a competitive price. I was able to rent out their LOVE letters at a unbeatable price and they made it easy by setting it for me wherever I wanted. After my wedding I already had two couples who were present at my wedding reach out to me about getting more info on booking with them. All I can say that out of all my vendors they were the top best when it it came with communication and support. Their venue made my wedding dream come true!

On our wedding day, the only time we saw them was when they were checking on us and making sure everything was okay, and they even let us borrow 2 of their easels for the ceremony! We really liked this venue because you can have as many or as little vendors as you want. The surrounding trees are gorgeous, as well as the inside (we booked the Stonebridge building). The ceremony outside was gorgeous with little decor needed, and tables were set up ready to go at 9am the day of the wedding. There was also a man on site who helped moved tables or answered any questions. They even provided a sign with our names to help direct guests for parking. Even our guests were blown away with the beautiful location. The only thing that made it 4 stars was I called and texted a few months ago with a question and never got a response. Other than that everything else was great!

We had our wedding at The Springs in Magnolia, Pinehaven venue. I can’t say enough about it! The venue is beautiful when you walk through the doors before adding anything. They thought of everything as far as functionality. The bar and food set up locations were perfect. The bridal room was amazing and we were able to get some beautiful pictures in the room. I was extremely excited about the stair case and can’t wait to get my professional pictures back of me coming down it for the ceremony. The staff was super helpful and always available. Any requests I had were handled immediately. I highly recommend this venue to anyone.

Where do I even begin! The first time we went to The SPRINGS 2 years ago, we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. The energy is so natural and the venue is so beautiful - it does not even need decorations! It has a very serene and earthy vibe but still elegant and classy. All of the planners have been so helpful by responding to my emails and replying to my text messages in a timely manner. This venue is available for 15 hours which makes everything so smooth and gives you so much time to get everything ready! Also, you are able to bring almost all of your our vendors (except bartender) which helps you customize your wedding the way that you want. On our wedding day, everything was just magical! I was so pleased with how clean the venue was. The bridal suite, the bathrooms, the lawn, all of it was perfect and very presentable. They had set up the floor plan I designed perfectly as well. My wedding was the most wonderful day of my life and the venue was the heart of our day. I am so glad that we chose The SPRINGS. No other venue compares. They have open houses twice a year and I definitely recommend checking them out. Thank you for making my wedding day a dream!! I am forever grateful and will never forget how special everything was.

Also, you are able to bring almost all of your our vendors (except bartender) which helps you customize your wedding the way that you want. On our wedding day, everything was just magical! I was so pleased with how clean the venue was. The bridal suite, the bathrooms, the lawn, all of it was perfect and very presentable. They had set up the floor plan I designed perfectly as well. My wedding was the most wonderful day of my life and the venue was the heart of our day. I am so glad that we chose The SPRINGS. No other venue compares. They have open houses twice a year and I definitely recommend checking them out. Thank you for making my wedding day a dream!! I am forever grateful and will never forget how special everything was.

Deanne White (Manager) Hello! My name is Deanne and I get the privilege of being the General Manager at THE SPRINGS in Magnolia. I am a people person and I absolutely love that I get to meet new couples every day as part of my job!
